Xth Legion, David Shell

headshot Xth Legion provides litigation support service to the Group. David Shell provides a variety of services, under the name Xth Legion, to the Group, including complex law and motion, trial preparation, and other legal research and writing work necessary for the effective representation of the Group’s client. David had a career of over 20 years as a litigation attorney throughout California and Utah in both federal and state courts. His litigation and trial experience includes representing entities in organizations in large development and real property disputes, contentious business litigation, professional liability litigation, and other complex litigation and trials. This experience gives the Group a cutting edge in representing its clients to a successful result. Xth Legion also includes Merilee Keene who provides administrative support to the Group.

Mr. Shell resides in Reno, Nevada during the week and at his Elk Grove ranch on the weekends. He breeds and owns several horses who compete in harness races throughout North America. He is also an avid poker player who competes in world series poker events.
